I thoroughly enjoy this business. Firstly, it involves talking to people and I love that! But secondly, it involves promoting the area in which I live and absolutely love. Iíve been privileged to live by the coast for the past 16 years and have fallen in love with the area and everything it has to offer. My 4 children have grown up here and have taken advantage of everything on offer from fantastic schools, surfing lessons and tennis to rugby, ice skating and street dance.
Thereís nothing nicer than a walk on the beach after a hard day at work to blow away the cobwebs or, popping along to one of the many restaurants along the coast. I can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else and I want to be able to help other people experience the lifestyle that is on offer here, in this lovely part of the North East.
I moved to Gateshead 10 years ago, and quickly realised what a lovely place it is to live and call home.
On a sunny summer's morning Saltwell Park is my favorite place to be, with the peace and tranquility before many visitors arrive.
Outside of work I really enjoy socialising, cooking and entertaining with friends and family. I love to keep fit by walking, cycling and working out at the gym.
I also have a passion for property and a desire to help others. Iíve built my reputation by providing sound honest advice, roll all that together and I would like nothing more than to help you to get to where you want to go.
I do enjoy chatting to people, so I look forward to talking to you or calling around to meet you soon.
Originally from Jesmond I've also lived in High Heaton and Longbenton before deciding to settle in Gosforth in 2007. This really is a fantastic place to live! My children benefit from the high performing local schools, with Gosforth Academy coming 8th in the top performing schools in the North East for GCSE results in 2015! What we love most about living in Gosforth is the flexibility of the location. Travelling for less than 30 minutes can take us to the beautiful Northumberland countryside or our stunning North East coast. On a sunny day thereís nothing better than a stroll through Gosforth Park followed by a relaxed afternoon or evening sitting in the beer garden at the Brandling Arms or The County.
To me, promoting the area and the lifestyle is just as important as promoting the features of a property. Iím passionate about where I live, and I look forward to using that to help you with your next move.
Hi, Iím Yoko and I am your elopa agent for Sunderland. Iím not originally from the North East but, having made the journey from Peckham in South London to this area whilst at college it is where I chose to settle down and call home.
Iíd describe myself as a Ďproperty geekí who is passionate about property and loves the area in which I live. Outside of work I love to take walks in Backhouse Park or Tunstall with my husband, daughter and 2 Labradors. If we are feeling a little more adventurous weíll take a 5 min drive to the beach where we can enjoy a bacon sandwich and toe dipping in the freezing sea. Loving the area as I do I enjoy promoting benefits and the lifestyle of living here as much as the properties themselves.I look forward to meeting with you soon and to helping you to make your next move.
Born in the North East, I bought my first home in Darlington 27 years ago with the draw of a vibrant social scene- nightlife, restaurants, cinema and shopping! Fast forward to today and I'm still living in Darlington but my priorities have now changed. I'm here because of the great schooling, childcare facilities, university campus, excellent transport links (we're on the East Coast Rail Line, 5 minutes drive from the A1 and A66) and yet still able to access the surrounding countryside on foot.
I love walking my dog along the River Tees which forms part of the Teesdale Way and cycling the varied local trails. You might even catch me roller skating the new and ongoing creation of the Darlington to Stockton Railway Path- to the dismay of my 3 children.
When I first joined elopa, my 13-year-old advised "if it doesn't scare you, it's not worth doing." Let us start your new journey and I will help you every step of the way."
From a young age Iíve always felt that Iíve been involved in property one way or another, as my parents often roped me in to help with the numerous properties theyíd bought, renovated, rented and sold. This planted the seed for my great love affair with property and everything about it.
I first worked in an estate agency after leaving school. However, I ended up leaving them to further my property career goals and studied Estate Management to learn about valuation, marketing, property management and property law.
Iím lucky to have always lived in the area and know it intimately and appreciate all of the fantastic things it has to offer.
I have a young family and so love nothing better than putting together a picnic and heading out for a walk somewhere, rain or shine!
Iím really excited to be able to combine my passion and enthusiasm for both property and the area I love and look forward to hearing from you.
Imagine thisÖ. Getting up in the morning to take the dogs out walking in the fresh air and open countryside. Then stepping into a vibrant cosmopolitan high street; Sipping my favorite coffee and eating breakfast at any number of coffee shops. Theyíre some of the things I love about the area I live in.
I moved to Teesside 20 years ago. Living in the area has given me a strong sense of belonging and Iím proud to live here.
Iíd describe myself as passionate about property. I love architecture; from the very old period properties to the most modern and contemporary. I have a flair for interiors and have a vast array of experience in property and surveying.
To me, promoting the area and the lifestyle is just as important as promoting the features of a property. Iíll not promise you anything I cannot deliver but I will promise you a 100% commitment and I look forward to using that to help you with your next adventure.
I'm an incredibly enthusiastic person with a particular passion for property. In fact, I would go so far as to describe myself as a property geek! Why do I feel like this? Simple! I was born and bred in the area and to me, home is a refuge and a haven, home truly is where the heart is. I love taking long walks along Cleadon Hills and having ice-cream with my family on our beautiful beaches. I appreciate the north east and all it has to offer.
I've worked in people focussed roles all my life so I understand the need to communicate and deliver a great service. I am proactive and passionate about matching the right people to the right home. I'm a genuine person with a real interest in helping others and that's why I'm here, to help you sell your property and perhaps help you find your next new home.
Iíve lived in South Shields all my life and love it here; I know the area like the back of my hand, This fantastic area has a lot to offer, award-winning beaches, coastal walks, parks, attractions as well as incredible music concerts and summer festivals. I enjoy going for food at the Rattler and listening to the live bands. We are lucky enough to have the Great North Run finish line here, that is always a great atmosphere and I always go down to cheer everyone on.
One of my favourite places is Marsden Rock (voted one of the UK's top 25 hidden gems), and walking the dog along The Leas, a two-mile coastal route managed by the National Trust.
Because Iím so passionate about the area and what I do, you can be sure of my dedicated personal and knowledgeable service. I look forward to assisting you in the future.
In May 2000 I fell in love with Teesside and made the decision to make Ingleby Barwick home. Iím still passionate about the area and now I get to enjoy it with my husband and our football mad son. Weekends are spent with football for the boys, lovely food and wine in one of the many restaurants or pubs, a family trip to Saltburn-by-the-Sea for fish & chips & a Lemon Top or a walk up Rosebery Topping with our crazy family dog to take in the views and blow the cobwebs away. My favourite though, has to be the short stroll from my doorstep to enjoy the peace and quiet by the River TeesÖthat or a day at Rockliffe Hall Spa!
All that aside, the choice of top performing schools, universities, sports facilities, major rail and road links make it a great place to live and a great place to enjoy life. Iím now making it my mission to offer 100% commitment to sell your house, stress free, leaving you to enjoy life!
I feel privileged to be doing a job that I love, helping people to make one of the most important decisions of their lives, finding and buying their ideal home. Having worked behind the scenes in property across the North East for several years, I am familiar with the region and all it has to offer.
Prior to working in the property industry, I ran a successful retail franchise and took pride in providing excellent customer service and sales experience, paying attention to detail and listening to my customers.
I love living in the North East as it provides something for everyone with stunning coastlines, countryside and great facilities for adults and children alike. My favourite ways to relax are taking in the scenery on bike rides with my family and walking our dog.
Having being born and bred in this area and moving around within the North East over the years, it seemed a natural progression to return 'home' now that my children are grown. I live in Leadgate, itís a lovely village with old fashioned values and a great community feel. Situated 1 mile from the town of Consett with its modern retail park and only 15 miles from Newcastle and Durham, it's the ideal mix of convenience and beautiful countryside which suits us down to the ground. Springtime is my favourite season and walks with our dog, exploring the hills and dales are a real treat. My great passion, throughout my career, has always been providing exceptional customer service and having bought and sold several properties over the years, I know, first hand, how important your house sale and purchase are and am determined to make it as straightforward as possible using common sense and great communication.
I've lived in Ashington for most of my life and I can't imagine calling anywhere else home.
I have a lot of experience in the housing field and I feel that helping someone to find their perfect home is what I was born to do.
Buying, selling or renting homes can be a stressful experience but I am here to take that stress away and I will personally be with you at every stage of this journey without the 9-5 boundaries of a traditional estate agency. I have a genuine love for the area and I believe that lifestyle is just as important as the property itself when attracting people to an area. I look forward to meeting with you to help with your next move.
I live in Ouston with my young family and thoroughly enjoy being part of such a fantastic, close-knit community. The area has so much to offer including the very popular Riverside Park, a variety of gyms and leisure facilities, a bustling market place and we even have our very own Marks and Spencer! There are some really pro-active communities in near-by villages with busy community centres, pubs and locally owned shops. Chester-le-Street is ideally situated for travelling to Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham with an extensive choice of both primary and secondary schools whilst having the countryside on the doorstep. Iíve experienced selling and buying a number of times on a personal level and understand how exciting but stressful the process can be. I hope that with my own experience I can help and support you throughout your journey.
I'm originally from Durham but I have lived in Sunderland for the past 10 years and I'm very familiar with the local area. I am very passionate about where I live as this city has so much to offer from beautiful beaches to museum and winter gardens or even peaceful walks and views at Penshaw monument. I have always had a keen interest in the property market and I've been involved in customer service roles all my working life. Iím proud to be your local elopa property agent; you can expect the very best service. I'm here to help you with all your property needs and I look forward to assisting you in the near future.
Born and raised in the west end of Newcastle and proud of my upbringing.
Just a 5-minute drive from the heart of the city and 10 minutes from the Metro Centre; easy access for all your leisurely pursuits.
Fenham is a very diverse area and staying local thereís no shortage of fine takeaways and restaurants in the area that cater for all tastes. I try to keep healthy and active by training at the gym and local sports centre which includes other sports such as hockey, trampoline and badminton. If more relaxing walks with the dog or family is your thing, then Nuns Moor park is ideal as is the Town Moor which is popular with walkers and also holds the Hoppingís annually, every summer.
I have always been interested in property and enjoy helping people find their ideal home as I have a young family myself and know how nerve wrecking moving can be so I promise to be here for you every step of the way.
